Over the weekend, I finally mustered the life strength to move this site to a new web address – rusi.me.
I received a notification earlier in the week about Feeling Minus One’s upcoming domain renewal, and decided between feelingminus.one and the old-but-new domain, I wanted to cut one loose and save some change. I already have these two – I don’t need both of them!
Went to a coffee shop, had my favourite cup of coffee, got a totally random discount since I go there so often now…
…and now, we are on rusi.me – which is much shorter if a little less anonymous (at least in my head – it’s just about the same anonymity as it ever has had).
I also renamed the site to “Growing Old With You,” where ‘you’ could be, well, literally you, the reader. But also, the diary. I’ve been writing into the abyss for 2 decades on various web addresses, in various formats. It’s cathartic. And times when friends and people also read these embarrassing journals, it gives me lift in some way.
I don’t know if I’ll keep the name, but it’s a start, hey?
